A 48-hour notice must be made to your artist in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Anything less than this may result in forfeiture of your deposit and future appointments with that artist. We will do our best to accommodate any changes that need to be made because we understand that extenuating circumstances can happen. The further advanced notice, the better. This will allow our artist to have proper time to fill your scheduled session with another appointment. 

The following guidelines are to be followed during a Tap-Out:

• Any use of drugs, alcohol, numbing creams, or any other sedatives are NOT allowed during a Tap-Out session.
• Smoke breaks are not allowed during a Tap-Out session. However, vaping IS allowed.
• Client's will not be allowed to leave the facility during a Tap-Out session unless approved by the artist.
• Reasonable restroom breaks and a 30 minute to one hour lunch break will be allowed. 
• THC vaping is NOT allowed.
• Any THC and CBD containing products are not allowed. 
• If the artist determines that you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, any other sedative, or have used a numbing cream then that artis has the right to end your session. 
• Tap-Out sessions are maxed out at 12 to 15 hours. Speak with your artist to discuss their individual policies and maximum time limit for their Tap-Out sessions. 
• If you Tap-Out before the maximum time limit, even if you are only a few hours in, then your session is officially complete. No refund will be made for the remaining time. 
• If your artist Taps-Out, then you will be owed the remaining time left in your session.*** Please verify this with your individual artist to make sure this is their policy!
• Each artist has the right to alter these guidelines and will discuss their individual policies for a Tap-Out session at time of booking.
